The thought of "Getting Started" might flow easily into the mind but why is it so hard to actually, well... go ahead and get started? The answer is simple. Even though the mind is set to control our actions and our physical responses you'd be shocked to know that both mind and body rarely work on the same wavelength despite them both coexisting in the same body. One would think, but how could that be if they both live under the same roof? Which leads me to the following analogy... When do two entities that live under the same roof ever really work together in full harmony anyway? It requires connecting the two on a whole other level in order to achieve agreeance, perspective, and unity. This doesn't happen overnight. Its something one must strive for on a consistent basis in order to eventually reap the benefits of this alliance. Once the mind produces the thought, the desire of wanting more for yourself, it is then time to send signals of encouragement from mind to body in order to move forward towards the direction you seek to take. This can't be done with just a thought. It takes much more to get the ball rolling. It requires a sense of trust in yourself and in your goals. Do you believe in what you want? How much are you willing to commit to this endeavor? How will you feel down the road once you've committed to a life of health and deeper sense of purpose? All these questions will help you place your entire panorama into perspective. Once you have connected all the pieces to your puzzle it is then up to you (and only you) to physically take the next step into your intention. This action requires courage and a great sense of bravery but once you embark the journey and continue honoring the alliance the mind and body have made you'll be pleasantly surprised as to how far that coalition will take you. Cheers to the journey of Getting Started!!
